I suppose Winter
should have a

I painted against
type in this case.

The ancients painted
their statues, but when
they appear in historical
drama in films or TV, they
are almost always
marble-white.

The littlest extras

At first I wondered why my daughters were
sketched, crouching with these unremembered
adults...finally it all came back to me...they were
extras in Mowgli's wolfpack...neighborhood
kids cleverly recruited by the theatre troupe,
no doubt to boost box office.
