Ray's Hollow
A decrepit shack in North Carolina,
beloved by our pal Walker,
where we Bellwood Boys
gathered on occasion.

Jeni & Billy
Jeni & Billy sing and play
some fine old-timey sounding
tunes of their own composition...
they appeared at the
Fox Valley Folk Festival
in September 2011.

Cohn
He played old-time guitar stylings
at the Fox River Folk Festival,
but switched to a zither or something
before I could finish the drawing.

Steve Gillette
Steve Gillette is Cindy's partner in
life and music. A fine singer, he greatly
amused us with a song about Gnus.

View from Fir, CO
I believe this view is to the north...Great Sand Dunes
on the other side of the leftish mountains. Drawn while
Weavermania played at the Rio Grande Railroad's
mountain music festival this summer in Fir, CO.

View from Sprague Lake, CO
Sprague Lake was loaded with vacationers in July,
noisily hiking along the path, but when we climbed a short
way over a rise it was quiet and solitary. Here's a view
to the northwest.

Cafe de Flore
I checked out this renowned cafe
because Jim Morrison (oui, I'm a big
fan) spent his last days here, writing
and, no doubt, drinking. I expect
many more luminaries did the same.
I, for what little it is worth, did not
feel at all at home here-- alas, I'm
not a cafe-lounging guy.
